But,not to worry, the exorbitant taxes will increase over time and the Obamacare 21 New Taxes haven't kicked in as of this date, either, so luckily for middle class Americans, the worker bees, they can work harder and longer and pay up - more taxes from your earnings - or else be punished should they fail to comply with the new taxes or fail to comply with the excessive EPA regulations or fail to comply with the zillionth mandates under Obamacare! The U.S. representatives who managed all this in only 4 years definitely have something to celebrate in the New Year of 2013!
But, fortunately, and just in time before the U.S. Congressional members, senators, and unvetted U.S. President went over the fiscal cliff with the American taxpayers, who elected them to sustain the economy, they succeeded at failing to sustain the current over inflated budget and managed to get back on top of the cliff when they granted themselves a substantial taxpayer funded Cost of Living increase before signing the unsustainable National Indebted Budget, which will empty out your wallets, but who needs gasoline or electricity or food? After all, the First Lady wants everyone to slim down, right? American taxpayers and seniors and veterans who built this country should be happy to know that each American is adding more tax dollars to the congressional and presidential wallets,who now earn about the same as the top corporate earners in the nation. So, job well done, unvetted U.S. President Obama who jetted off on vacation to Hawaii with his family according to the news at a cost to the taxpayers of only a mere $7,000,000, so good job for a reported total of about $20,000,000 of vacations on American taxpayer's time and dime without a peep from Congress! But, they don't have time to read health care bills or the budget as they negotiate their COL increases on taxpayer's time and dime. Time to rest. Swim. Golf. And, job well done, Congress and Senators at increasing the National Debt for our kids and grand kids at unprecedented new heights.

Taxpayers, Modern Day Slaves, and Elitists!

Are We The People experiencing a taste of unseen enslavement administered in a civilized manner but nonetheless equates to slave labor as the worker bees earnings trickle on up to the White House? The new hi-tech equipment has dumbed down people who don't want to read or think outside of the box. They are fearful of expressing their opinions and are transformed into media zombies believing only what the media and government tell them, so the majority of citizens won't comprehend the information provided as educational food for thought. Thus, many people wouldn't know if a taxpayer funded Entitlement Program was in play under the radar, but not considered to be an Entitlement Program, for the benefit of the U.S. Congress, senators, and US Presidents. Has the U.S. Congress and oval office figured out a way to fill their wallets while emptying out yours and laughing all the way to the bank? Does the Obama administration think of the taxpayers as servants or slaves of the federal government who are there to work and pay taxes until they die? Well, let's explore some interesting reports of people enslaved by dictators.
If I were betting against a liberal, I would bet that most citizens don't realize that there's a major hidden taxpayer funded Entitlement Program for public servants who were elected to work in the oval office and congress. Of course, we've read the sad story of how the Jews were enslaved by the Egyptians who were used for slave labor. The white European aristocracy invaded Africa and enslaved the Black African tribesmen, who were sold to cotton field owners. The Roman leaders corrupted and enslaved peasants and eventually, they were drunk with power and fell over the fiscal cliff and into the dark hole. The Jews were also enslaved by the German Nazis led by Adolph Hitler during WWII. The Jews were starved and tortured in concentration camps. America's prisoners, innocent or guilty, are enslaved because they are used to keep the prison system in operation and they are used to make consumer products for a few cents per day. The leaders who enslaved people around the world have some thing in common. They infiltrated, created crisis, enslaved, pilfered the wealth, disarmed the victims, implemented immoral, unjust, and cruel and unusual punishments because the people were fearful and buried their heads in the sand.
Of course, the victims of enslavement programs appear to have been uneducated about evil doers. They were probably poor and passive and unsuspecting of the evil doers' intent to pilfer, rape, steal, lie, cheat, torture, deceive, and kill. The victims of the past enslavement programs probably welcomed strangers into their villages, towns, cities, with the hope that they would bring change and transform their lifestyles. The victims were probably naive and unfamiliar with corrupted evil men and women. Many evil tyrannical leaders are reported throughout history to have been sociopaths and psychopaths without conscience. It's disturbing to know that millions of people obeyed the criminal minded leaders. In fact, millions of people worshipped the evil leaders and performed heinous acts against mankind as ordered. Today, slavery still exists on different levels. There is the Black Market who engage in sex trafficking and enslave women and children. There are prostitution rings who enslave lost children. There are King Pins who enslave children and adults into selling and trafficking drugs. There are people enslaved by tyrannical governments who are starved to death and worked to death. And, there are sociopaths and psychopaths in government who believe that if thousands of women and children die at war then so be it. These statements can be researched and easily found on-line or in books. But, there is a major unethical enslavement Entitlement Program in the civilized nation known as the USA that is unrecognized, ignored and unseen by the masses. In fact, it's accepted by the masses but for the benefit of the leaders, not the people.

Unfortunately, millions of Americans are under the illusion that they can earn as much money as they want and that they are free to do as they please on U.S. soil. They believe that they own their own property, but Americans were rudely awakened from the sleep when they learned that people were losing their homes through eminent domain. They were shocked when they were rudely awakened to the fact that Congress and ACORN encouraged bankers to approve fraudulent loans and millions of Americans ended up in foreclosures. Millions of unseen Americans were rudely awakened when unethical judges denied community property rights or took their children away from non-offending parents during divorce proceedings. If the government and activist groups can eliminate Christianity and God from the nation as well as unborn babies then why can't they depopulate citizens? After all, the programs are in place for those that the government views as discardable and disposable through patient dumping, euthanasia, indefinite detention, kill lists, mandated abortions, chemical poisons, untested vaccines, and wars? What if I revealed to you that there is an exorbitant and burdensome Entitlement Program, the American people haven't even considered to be the most burdensome taxpayer funded Entitlement Program enacted by Congress. This burdensome Entitlement Program includes past, current, and future generations of congressional members and U.S.living Presidents.
Are Americans working to make public servants wealthy?
Every American worker is paying into the taxpayer funded federal Entitlement Program which entitles public servants to be paid excessive wages and cost of living increases with benefits and some public servants work 25 years and end up receiving the same amount of pay after retirement. In fact, congress has substantially increased their wages through cost of living increases, which they vote upon without voter approval, and are now earning about as much as top earners who spent 25 years building a corporation. The difference is that congressional members, senators, and U.S. Presidents are earning excessive wages, COL increases, and benefits on the backs of the working taxpayers even during a deep recession. The excessive wages paid to public servants diminishes the wages earned by average working Americans.

Many members of congress have been reported in the news to be multi-millionaires such as the Kerry's, Clinton's, Feinstine, Reid, and Pelosi, which is fine, but it's not fine to take excessive taxpayer funded wages when working Americans are watching their incomes diminish.
Of course, congress makes the laws and grabbed the opportunity to circumvent the moral and ethical right of the people to vote on the amount of their taxpayer funded wages and cost of living increases for their public service jobs. It is the taxpayers and registered voters who should be determining the cost of living increases for presidents and congress who volunteer to be public servants. Under which authority has congress applied that provides each member the authority to determine their wages and approve their decision without voter approval?

The average income for the average federal worker funded by the taxpayers was reported at $70,000 per year.
Today, it appears that congress, senators and the US President behave as royalty, kings and queens with a court filled with cronies, donors, bundlers, banksters, anti-American citizens, and celebrities. They jet about at a cost of $186,000 to fire up Air Force One and vacation around the world on taxpayer funded Air Force One and America's time and dime without conscience. One must ponder if the American taxpayers should be fearful and remain silent or should they ask why the voters who pay their wages aren't required to approve their secret Entitlement Programs which consists of excessive taxpayer funded wages, cost of living increases, and benefits. Each time they vote themselves a taxpayer funded cost of living increase, they are diminishing the earnings of every working American and business owner.
The machine is in operation today and it appears to be moving rapidly in the same manner as leaders of Third World Nations, who demand excessive taxation, penalties, fines, and punishment for non-compliance to support their leaders in the lifestyle that royalty believes they are entitled. It's as if they have been handed the jar of jelly beans and they can't control themselves and there are never enough jelly beans to satisfy them, so they demand more and more. How is it that U.S. congressional members and U.S. Presidents only need to be elected to public service jobs and immediately access the wages of top earners in the nation even if they don't earn it with total disregard for the burden placed on the American workers?
Isn't mandating laws that require excessive taxation in order to fund a taxpayer funded program that consist of excessive wages for federal workers equate to a taxpayer funded Entitlement Program? I've listed the top federal incomes funded by U.S. taxpaying workers as follows:
President of the United States - Approximately $400,000 + benefits
Congressional members minus 2012 COL increase $174,400 + benefits
Speaker of the House $223,500 + benefits
Senate Minority Leader $193,400 + benefits
Senate Majority Leader $193,400 + benefits
Therefore, there is only one solution. Americans must propose laws when public servants increase their taxpayer funded wages which equate to a Entitlement Program that demands American workers pay excessive taxpayer dollars to provide excessive wages for their public service jobs and demand voter approval. The people should challenge congress and demand that congresisonal members freeze all federal wages including their own during a deep recession. The people should demand that congress deny all COL increases and additional benefits or taxpayer funded vacations without voter approval. The people must take back their country and propose laws which provide decent wages, not excessive tax funded wages for public service jobs. After all, congressional members and U.S. Presidents receive big bucks for writing books and speaking engagements and most have contributed to retirement funds, life insurance policies, and investments. And,wealthy U.S. Presidents shouldn't need taxpayer funded support once they leave public office. The American people should take back their government and exercise their right to vote on taxpayer funded wages and cost of living increases for congressional members, senators, and U.S. Presidents. Such pro-active action by the citizens would weed out the greedy takers. So, do Americans like eating cake or do they like making the cake and selling the cake for a profit?

Should Any Americans Be Allowed To Protest Anywhere in America?
Americans should be allowed to protest anywhere in America and wear signs if they wish to do so even if it is considered disrespectful or inappropriate to the majority of Americans and the U.S. military in my opinion. The protestors should remain peaceful and at a distance from the event such as a military funeral, private funeral, or any other event that the protestors oppose so that the federal government is not diminishing freedom of speech any more than it has already been diminished. It is my opinion that when any U.S. citizen is denied their right to peacefully protest anywhere on U.S. soil within a reasonable distance that we are asking the federal government to deny us more of our freedoms and regulate our behaviors. There is a fine line between disagreeing with protestors and denying freedom of speech.
For example, gays have protested against Christians and the bible and and wear signs and march up and down the street nearly nude and so forth, but under the Freedom of speech, expression, and so forth, that is allowed in America. People may not agree or like it, or even find it offensive, but according to the law, they have the right to march on public sidewalks peacefully. Americans, who oppose the war have a right to protest, even if it is at a funeral, as long as they are not disturbing the funeral proceedings in my opinion. Even if the majority of people believe that it disrespects the dead, the living, and the sacred ground, it's still a free country, but they should be required to stand at a distance and not disturb the event or funeral.
The building of a mosque in New York city is approved by Mayor Bloomberg and his committee and supported by President Obama, but the majority of Americans protest and oppose it because they are guaranteed the right to exercise freedom of speech under the U.S. Constitution, if other people don't agree.
Most Americans find it is disrespectful and inappropriate to protest at funerals, especially military funerals and I agree with them, but I believe we must be careful when we are asking the federal government to diminish our freedoms, liberties and rights on U.S. soil, which are being trampled upon every day, and regulated through excessive Executive Orders over the past decade and most recently since 2009.
Americans, who protest at a military funeral, without causing any problems should have that right, but it doesn't mean that most of us agree with them or find it appropriate and in fact, find it disgusting, but that doesn't mean that we should allow the federal courts to continue to deny, diminish, or regulate our rights, freedoms, and control more of our behaviors. In fact, President Obama just signed another Executive Order to regulate the behaviors of American citizens, so we're treading on dangerous territory.
How then does the U.S. Justices and the U.S. Congress justify the Hate Crimes Bill, which the 111th Congress passed with flying colors that tramples on equal rights for all citizens? According to Senator Reid, the Hate Crimes Bill favors gays and Muslims. For example, it's okay for gays to walk down the street at gay parades wearing nearly nothing with children present; wearing signs; and speaking out against Christians, mock Jesus and the bible, but it's not okay for Christians to oppose their behaviors because the Christian comments can be viewed as "offensive" by a gay person and anything, including words that are considered "offensive" by a gay person can be considered a "hate crime." Ironically, Christians don't "hate" gays or Muslims, but are expressing their right to speak out and share their beliefs on U.S. soil peacefully. Not so long ago, 2 Christian grandmothers and 9 other Christians who were peacefully wearing signs at a gay rally were arrested because the gays at the rally called the police and said their signs were "offensive" according to the news. The 2 grandmothers, who were arrested, could have gone to jail for 47 years! They ended up spending thousands of dollars in legal fees spoken from their own lips on television.
Furthermore, the news recently reported that Christians were arrested by U.S. officers for standing on U.S. soil paid by our tax dollars because the Muslim youth at a Muslim event (which the article stated the Muslims consider a "no go zone") were speaking to those who asked about Christianity. In fact, the article stated that their cameras were confiscated by the police, as well. According to articles which discuss the Hate Crimes bill (similar to the domestic violence bills), anything that a gay or a Muslim finds offensive can be reason enough to arrest another American citizen and cause them grave pain and suffering because of this law that only protects two groups of people according to Senator Reid. It would appear that this bill violates equality for all people and will end up putting more Christians and other religious persons as well as heterosexuals in jail in the future.
Therefore, does the "Hate Crimes Bill" protect gays and Muslims or is it a mechanism to silence the majority of Americans and deny the majority of Americans the right to exercise freedom of speech, expression, print, media, and so forth by placing fear in the minds of the majority of Americans that if they say anything or write anything about gays or Muslims that they can find themselves caught up in a legal battle for years or jailed for years as punishment, but the same doesn't apply equally for all people, any longer?
Think about the long term effects on the U.S. Constitution which these lawsuits are effecting as well as the diminishing of freedom every time a citizen and their lawyers walk into courtrooms and ask for the federal government to regulate their lives and deny our freedoms inch by inch by inch.

"Is The American Dream on the Verge of the American nightmare?"
"Is the American Dream on the Verge of the American Nightmare?" This is the question I would ask in my new book, "Fight Back Legal Abuse," and stated on my talk radio shows, "Issues of the Day" which aired between 1989 and 1993. Unfortunately, most people didn't believe that America was on the verge of the American nightmare because people had jobs and owned the American dream, meaning a home, car, and the money was flowing. But, who was paying attention to the truth behind the scenes that was creeping into the schools, courtrooms, churches and government? Most people were too busy working and earning a lot of money to pay much attention and most people didn't want to believe it or hear it, let alone get involved.
So, as the American people slept, the unseen wealthy elitists were planning for the new millennium and slowly manipulating the American people and conditioning them into believing that under the Clinton administration that open borders, NAFTA, nationalized health care, and outsourcing jobs, was good for America. Although, there were patriots on the front lines who were attempting to expose the truth to the American people, our words fell on deaf ears. In fact, during the 90s, under the Clinton administration, many patriots were considered enemies of the state and were sent to jail or worse. For example, Nebraska Senator, John DeCamp, author of "The Franklin Cover-Up," said that his life was threatened because he exposed the corruption involving missing children during the 80s and 90s. Recently, Senator Nancy Schaefer, was found dead in her home after she exposed corruption which she alleged involved Child Protective Services on video and on the record. The fact that the baby boomers and older Americans grew up at a time when crime wasn't big business and the prosecutors prosecuted the real criminals, not the citizens who spoke out against criminals, it is difficult for Americans to comprehend that this could actually happen in the greatest free nation in the world.
But, let me remind Americans that it is when the good people do not take responsibility and demand to know who the elected and appointed people paid with tax dollars actually happen to be - true Americans - on the fence Americans - or people with agendas that trample on the Constitution of the United States, bad things happen to good people and to great nations while the people are asleep.
Therefore, every American should ask themselves, "Is The American Dream on the Verge of the American Nightmare," and take responsibility and exercise their right to vote or they could find themselves without any right to vote. Do the Obamas Want To Control Your Eating Habits & Behaviors?
During a campaign speech, First Lady, Michelle Obama commented some thing like the American people will have to change their behaviors, but the American people applauded and didn't give it another thought. Most recently, she's been commenting on obesity and diet and the fact that she doesn't allow her kids to eat anything that she doesn't consider to be healthy. Politicians and their families do not make such comments unless they are promoting an agenda, but in a subtle manner. They speak out in such a way that people think that the goal is about health, when in fact, it is about controlling the masses through monitoring and regulating vitamins, supplements, minerals and organic foods as well as other foods.
Interestingly, President Obama and his family have been on camera when he appears at restaurants ordering pudding, ice cream and fried shrimp. And, the news reported that he's a closet chain cigarette smoker to boot! In his books, Obama states that he experimented with drugs, which also adversely effect one's body and health, so it is interesting that they are extremely concerned about controlling what the American people eat or drink with the intent of setting regulations on what Americans can or can't eat or drink, but they eat or drink whatever they want and Obama smokes. And, we know Obama drinks beer, but I am not sure if he or Michelle drinks liquor. And, we don't know what Michelle Obama and her kids have eaten and drank during their many many vacations around the world, now do we?
President Obama signed another Executive Order 13544 of June 10, 2010, "Establishing the National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council." Ironically, this bill states in Section (c) "provide recommendations to the President and the Congress concerning the most pressing health issues confronting the United States and changes in Federal policy to achieve national wellness, health promotion, and public health goals, including the reduction of tobacco use, sedentary behavior and poor nutrition." In other words, he smokes, but no one else can smoke. He eats whatever he wants, but no American will be allowed to eat or drink whatever they want. He may or may not exercise, but Americans will be monitored regarding their exercise and poor nutritional habits according to how the committee of his appointed federal government committee sees fit. So, who is overseeing what those in the federal government will be eating and drinking, smoking, and consuming in the way of beer and liquor or drugs? For example, everyone knows that President Clinton enjoyed McDonald's burgers. Most of the politicians drink and many have been reported to have used drugs and many party, so who's monitoring those at the top?
Wake up, America! Does Obama want to screen you and monitor every American's health and lifestyle and under his new law, order you to modify your eating and exercise habits or else be punished? Section (c) "contains a list of national priorities on health promotion and disease prevention to address lifestyle behavior modification..." in other words, they're going to track you lifestyle behaviors and modify them according to the way the federal government wants you to behave under the guise of "health."
